I am confused .
I have lots of bills and papers ( college loan , car informations etc etc..) in my room and I have very limited space in my new room.
I am very confused and a little scared because of how un organized I am right now . I like to keep up with the payments I have so I don’t mess up by paying late fees or collections. But the papers and letters and bills are so unorganized I need something to put them all in and organize.
Currently I store them in my shoe box.
I have a total of maybe 100 letters , 100 papers and some small files.
I was looking at staples.com and found out " files and storage cabinet" . That seems like a luxury for my needs right now. I just need something simple , probably made of clear plastic .
Unfortunately I don’t even know what it’s called – Letters and Paper Storage Box ? ? hmm..
What do you think I need to buy so I can put them in , and be organized..
Something very cheap since I am on a budget. Thanks .
What Should I do ?

I’m looking for a stand with more than just shelves to put the components. Certainly it needs some shelves to put the components on, but I’d also like something with drawers or cabinets too. Black preferred, but others OK.
Can you recommend something?

I used a steam cleaner to get the dirt off of my stained wooden cabinet and the finish came off with the dirt. What should I use to get the cabinet to match again?

Late 70’s/early 80’s ranch with the lost, forgotten, long, useless hallway in center of house, running almost length of house. You enter the front door into the LR. (Look way…left, you can see Kit. sink/window at far end of house) On Left of LR is DR area (in same oblong room). On the DR’s Left side wall is a dbl. doorway opening, into a u shaped kitchen (?thinking of removing this doorway & remaining wall, for 1 long room?) (used to have french doors there). Cabinets are on each side of the sink/window wall. The Left side wall has counter, stove, counter & frig. The right side wall has dishwshr, bar/storage & cabinets (?Take this R. side out? Maybe an island in open part of the U to divide up?) Hard to describe. GOAL: A LR/DR/kit combo thats open, airy and loses the "country" feeling and moves towards a more formal feeling (if that’s even possible?) I’m no good at decorating & want to keep expenses at minimum.

I’m laying a light tan / beige floor in my kitchen and the walls and cabinets are white. What color should I paint the cabinet doors? White doors will get too dirty, so I’d rather not paint them white.
The previous owner painted the kitchen cabinet doors blue, and I don’t like the look – it’s a small kitchen and the doors are too dark. Lighter colors would help the kitchen look bigger.

I have a ton of candles and was just wondering if they will go bad or if the scent will fade over time. I keep my candles inside my storage cabinets in my utility room, which is dark and at room temp. Of course the lids are on them tight too.

All the dishes, bowls, serving bowls, trays, etc broke. The cabinet missed hitting me by inches because I jumped out of the way. The property manager told me to deduct the cost of the replacement from the rent, which I did. The landlord sent a letter saying he would allow less than half of the amount since it was standard insurance practice to pay for the value at the time of loss and not replacement value. Is he responsible for the cost since it was his cabinet and poor installation?
